Our organization
A Mission That Has Never Changed
Since 1981, Christian Preschool Centers has been committed to supporting Christ-centered early childhood education. Our mission, vision and values guide everything we do.

Our story
Founded in 1981
Brenda Jones founded Christian Preschool Centers in 1981 with a calling to teach and guide young children. What began as one daycare has grown into a family of schools in Lubbock and Amarillo, each led by Christian leadership. Through every season, our focus has stayed the same: children, faith and people.
Our mission
Christian Preschool Centers, Inc. strives to train the next generation of leaders by offering exceptional academics while instilling Christian values, in faith that those will set the foundation for successful lives that honor our Savior.
Our vision
Pursue Christ and work in unity to create environments where God's transformative presence dwells, while being a light of love to God's children.
- 1
Pursue Christ
It begins with Him.
Before we can reflect Christ to others, we pursue Him ourselves, in our decisions and in how we treat those around us.
- 2
Work in Unity
We are better together.
Whether in a classroom, kitchen, office or leadership role, every one of us contributes to the same vision.
- 3
Create Environments
More than beautiful classrooms.
Our environments include our relationships, conversations, attitudes and leadership, shaped by God's presence.
- 4
Be a Light of Love
Every child is precious to Him.
Children in our care should experience belonging, safety and love from people who are pursuing Christ.
“Train up a child in the way he should go, even when he is old he will not depart from it.”
Kingdom-minded, child-focused, one body.
Our pillars and values
Pillars
- Safety
- Following federal, state, and local standards, and going beyond those laws to ensure the protection of each child.

Core values
- Love
- Have compassion, patience and kindness for one another. Hold yourselves and others accountable by standing firm, and being courageous. Let all you do be done in love.
- Excellence
- Excellence is not a set level of quality or perfectionism. It's an ever changing dynamic in both our personal journey and the collective journey of our company.
- Respect
- Respect is both an attitude and a way of communication. Respect is giving honor to someone in word or in deed, because they are created in the image of God and deeply loved by Him.
- Integrity
- Having integrity means doing the right thing in a reliable way, even when no one is watching.
