Texas child care rules require a background check with fingerprinting before you work with children, along with required training. Your director will send you the exact steps, forms and dates.
How do I complete fingerprinting?
Fingerprinting is scheduled through IdentoGO. Your director will give you the service code and instructions you need to book an appointment.
Where can I find required training?
Start with the Professional Growth page for credentials and ongoing training. Your director will assign the trainings required for your role.
How do I access my work email?
Go to office.com and sign in with the work email address and password you were given. Teams, calendar and files are there too.
What is The Scroll and how do I use it?
The Scroll is our internal teammate site in Microsoft 365. It has our vision, news, processes and quick links for support requests. Sign in to Microsoft 365 with your work account to open it.
How do I see my pay stubs and W-2s?
Use the employee payroll login. If you need help, contact your school's office.
